A secret Palm Springs modernist icon, the Racquet Club Cottages West (RCCW) evokes the romance Palm Springs’ like no other property. Designed in 1964 by renowned architect William F. Cody (L’Horizon, Palm Springs Library, etc..) RCCW was the hangout for the most famous of the film stars and celebrities. Developed by builder, Paul Trousdale. These Mid-Century Modern bungalows feature walls of glass that run floor-to ceiling, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. The grounds and mountain views throughout the Villas are one of a kind. The waterfalls, stream, bridges and water features throughout the complex, were designed by Phil Shipley

The full kitchen has a full sized range, a drawer dishwasher, huge sink with disposer and electric faucet, and of course a refrigerator/freezer. 600sq feet / central air and heating / tankless water heater (endless hot water!) The patio offers lounge seating for 2.
The pool and spa are footsteps away, bring a towel and lounge around in the glorious Palm Springs sun year around.
